Teaching Philosophy:
I believe that the creation of music is a result of a holistic understanding of the body, it's natural capabilities, and the world. Students should be given intentionally progressive, foundational principals and techniques that enable them to access styles of music they enjoy and want to learn. I believe that music and its creation are a gift and should be shared at any stage of life. Thus group and public performance in a variety of venues is a very important addition to private study and a requirement for my students.
